[Buying Puts on Marsh & Mclennan (MMC)/Buying Jan 45 Puts (MMCMI)/Day Order/Limit $2.05]

I am buying the Jan 45 Puts (MMCMI) on Marsh & Mclennan (MMC)at $2.05. These options currently have a delta of -.70 and my initial exit is contingent on the stock exceeding $46. MMC has been in a downtrend since 2003 and has recently bounced down off that downtrend line.
