[Order not filled/Bearish credit spread on Boston Scientific (BSX) not filled]

My spread order to buy the Oct 42.50 calls (BSXVJ) and sell the Oct $40 calls (BSXJH) for a net credit of $0.75 was not filled today. We'll see what tomorrow brings.
