Greetings
Currently I have four open positions. They include CSCO, INTC, DELL, and GIS.I opened three new positions this week of which two remain open. I bought DELL at $35.13 per share. I also bought GIS at $45.00 per share. GIS has recently taken a dive due to missing earnings estimate. After it stopped its direct drop I entered the position to catch a rebound up in its stock price. It closed up on Friday at $45.15 dollars per share. Hopefully, I'll be able to sell both DELL and GIS next week for profit.
For the good news. I am happy to report I had two more winning trades. I sold a DELL position in which I had a cost basis of $35.40 and sold the position at $35.90 per share for a quick profit of 50 cents per share. Also, I sold my WMT position for another winning trade. I bought the position at $52.08 and sold it at $52.68 for a quick 60 cent gain.
We'll see what next week brings. Oil prices really moved the market last week. Unfortunately to the negative side for many non-oil stocks when the price per barrel spiked up. It will be interesting to see if this cycle continues based on spikes in oil price. Have a great week.
