[Buying to Close May 35 Calls on EBAY/Buy to Close May 35 Calls (XBAEG)/Limit $0.70]
Dear Member,
The Nasdaq is up and so is EBAY which is now trading over $35. I own the Jan '07 40 LEAPS calls and have them covered with the May 35 calls (XBAEG). Just as in the case of Micron (MU) I do not want to be called out of my LEAPS calls so I am buying back (buying to close) the May 35 calls I am currently short for $0.70.
DISCLOSURE: At the time of publication, I own the Jan '07 40 calls and am short the May 35 calls on EBAY.
