Dear Member:
The broad markets trended lower this week as they have the last approximately 4 weeks. Our stocks followed suit and generally trended lower. We took the opportunity to exit our long-held position in TEK after it had a 7% move up from it's recent lows around August 10.
We also elected to cost-average our positions in DELL, PFE and MRK this week. We will be looking for new positions to enter soon. We want to be in position to take advantage of the market's next upward move.
We see these significant market lulls a couple times every year. They always test our patience and never seem to get easier to wade through. But, they do end and positive events surface. We will be ready.
