We'd like to take a minute and thank you for being with us in 2005.
We started the year with trade number 210 on our Main Trade Table and ended with trade number 258. Thus, we entered 48 new trades. Of these 48 trades, 45 have been closed with a profit and 3 remain open.
In the last couple weeks we have not entered a new position. This "stalling" seems to happen a couple times or so each year. We think we have made the right decision of not "forcing" a trade out during the past couple weeks. If we had done so, we could easily have now had two or three more open positions without closing out a winner as the market has been soft.
We fully realize that as a paying subscriber you want us to "crank out" trades. This is especially true for the new members that haven't been with us for a couple years (or even a few months). But the bottom line is that we will stay faithful to our long term members that value the constant churning out of small winners. Over the long-run, there is value in our method.
