[Information on PPL/Dividend Declared]
Dear Member:
As you know, I have placed a sell stop on PPL. I also wanted to mention that the company has declared a 27.5 cent a share dividend to holders of record on June 9th, payable July 1st. Though I am not against receiving dividends, I do not hold a position just because a dividend will be paid. Even if I get stopped out and make 68 cents or so, that would not prevent a reentry on another bounce and the possibility of collecting the dividend might still occur.
DISCLOSURE: At the time of publication, I still own PPL.
