[Weekend Summary] Dear Member: I bought Emcore (EMKR) two days ago and it is up 3.5% since entry. EuroZinc Mining (EZM) is also up slightly. Stemcells (STEM) had a big day Monday and then just went sideways digesting the gain. Speaking of going sideways, Commontouch Software (CTCH) has been doing exactly that. Mindspeed (MSPD), on the other hand has jumped back above the 200 day moving average on a couple of gaps up and looks like it is worth holding for the time being. The one stock of great concern is Denny's (DENN) which gapped down on news that same store sales were mildly down. I'm afraid I'll have to take my lumps on DENN unless it turns up Monday morning. I am only entering small positions right now until the market decides which way it wants to go. The major indices looked strong on Thursday but did not carry through today. I think a return to bullishness may be in the offing, but that has not yet proven to be true. If it happens, I am looking forward to some strong trades. Patience is still the key for me.
