Dear Member:
I entered a new position this week on SPY by buying the Dec '08 135 calls. So far, the SP-500 looks as though it could continue to move although it appears that the election may have taken some of the steam out of the movement.
I got out of my put position in CarMax (KMX) as the stock broke through resistance.
Sanmina (SANM), Citigroup (C), Sirius Satellite Radio (SIRI) and the tech ETF (XLK) were all up for the week. I created a spread against my Sirius $2.50 LEAPS calls by selling the Jan '08 $5.00 calls. This had the effect of bringing in some income and reducing my overall risk in the position.
BBH was essentially flat for the week.
Have a great weekend!
Bill
