[Weekend Summary]
Dear Member:
The markets continue to look bullish. The Dow Industrials, Nasdaq and SP-500 enjoyed bullish weeks again even though the Dow fell off a bit Friday. Volatilities were also down which supports the continued bullishness.
I enjoyed an extraordinarily quick profit when I was in and out of Syneron Medical (ELOS) in less than a day for a 2% gain before commissions. I suspect this stock may bear continued watching.
Ppl Corp (PPL) is looking good and is nicely above my entry. This one is not a particularly fast mover, but is a strong company and, incidentally, a pretty good dividend producer.
Nuveen Senior Income (NSL) was up again for the week. This one has been very steady and income productive as well.
