[Entering Position in Realty Income Corporation (O)]
Dear Member:
Realty Income Corporation (O) is a REIT (real estate investment trust) involved in the retail area. It has paid dividends monthly at an annual rate around 5.3%. It goes ex-dividend on 4/27 with a record date of 5/1.
The stock is moving up along with its sector and today broke above a little resistance on pretty good volume. DMI and MACD are both positive. I am placing a limit order to buy at $28.75 or better for the day.
