[Placing Contingent Stop on SLAB Puts]

Dear Member:

My put position on Silicon Labs (SLAB) is holding its own for now. The stock has a history of some volatility and I will be travelling some of the time over the next few weeks so I want to make sure I have a stop in place in case this stock starts to run up away from me.

I am placing a stop to sell my Jan 35 puts (QFJMG) on SLAB contingent upon the stock (SLAB) going above $35.72. I am placing my stop at the top of the shadow of the Japanese candlestick that hits the downtrend resistance that began in May.

I will be watching the market for the opportunity to drop the stop as time goes on.

DISCLOSURE: At the time of publication, I own the referenced puts.

Sincerely,
Bill Kraft
