[Entering Position in DB Commodity Index ETF (DBC)]
Dear Member:
As the stock markets in general give mixed signs, many commodities have been showing strength as in the case of the metals, for example. While I am not a heavy futures trader, I do try to keep my eye on movement. Since I am relatively bullish on commodities now, I follow the PowerShares DB Commodity Index ETF (DBC). This Exchange Traded Fund which tracks commodity index movement is currently bouncing up off the uptrend line.
I am placing an order to buy shares of DBC at a limit of $26.30. My exit will be a close below the 100 day exponential moving average which is currently around $25.60.
DISCLOSURE: At the time of publication, I have no position in DBC.
Sincerely,
Bill Kraft
