[Entering Position in City Telecom (CTEL)]
Dear Member:
City Telecom (CTEL) has been trending up since mid-August. I am placing an order to buy shares at a limit of $5.05. The company is a telecommunications network and broadband service in Hong Kong that may have considerable upside potential.
Initial exit if I am filled and it goes the wrong way would be around $4.75. One significant downside is that the company is very lightly traded here so the price movement could be quite volatile (of course, that could also be a positive, but it does present added risk).
