[Closing Position in City Telecom HK (CTEL)]

City Telecom HK (CTEL) has bumped up today, again, on very light volume. I am going to try to take profit and close my position by placing an order to sell at a limit of $5.20. If filled, this will represent a before commission gain of 3%.
