[Opening New Position in City Telecom HK (CTEL)]
Dear Member:
Earlier in the month I closed a profitable trade on City Telecom HK (CTEL). The stock now looks like it may be providing another entry. I am placing an order to buy CTEL at a limit of $7.90. As some who followed the earlier trade may recall, this one jumps around a little so I will need to watch pretty closely if my buy order is filled.
