[Creating Spread Against Citigroup (C) Calls]

In order to further reduce risk and bring in more income, I am placing an order to create a spread against my Jan 45 calls on Citigroup (C). I am placing an order to sell to open the Jan 37.50 calls (CAU) at a limit of $0.69.
