[Opening Position in JER Investors Trust, Inc. (JRT)]
Dear Member:
Some of you may recall I was in a very successful play on JER Investors Trust (JRT) toward the end of '07. Since my exit, the stock dipped to an area of support and has now bounced. This REIT is paying annual dividends at a booming yield of 17.8% at current prices. Rarely does one find an equity where the book value is greater than the share price but this is such an example.
I am placing an order to buy shares of JRT at a limit of $10.20.
