[Entering Position in JER Investors Trust (JRT)]
Dear Member:
JER Investors Trust (JRT)is a real estate investment trust (REIT) with a dividend history of payments equaling a yield of approximately 14% at current prices. The price has bounced up off the intersection of an uptrend and price support line. I am placing an order to buy shares at a limit of $8.20. The initial exit if the price turns against me will be a close below the trend on the daily charts.
